3. Products and Services

GKA Rubber & Plastics supplies rubber and plastic components, custom mouldings, and related services. Full specifications for bespoke orders must be agreed in writing before production commences.

4. Orders and Acceptance

• All orders must be submitted in writing or via approved purchase order systems.
• Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order without obligation to assign a reason.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate.

6. Delivery

• Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery.
• Title to the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.

7. Returns and Cancellations

• Custom-made or bespoke goods are non-returnable unless defective.
• Cancellation of bespoke orders may incur charges for work already undertaken.
• Any claims for damaged or defective goods must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt.

8. Warranty

• We warrant that goods supplied shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery.
• This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper installation.

9. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, GKA Rubber & Plastics shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits or business interruption.
• Our total liability in respect of any contract shall not exceed the value of the order.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, and specifications provided by us remain our intellectual property and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and are effective from the date of publication.
